Request Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your INNR account and associated data. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

• Your profile information and photos
• Your messages and conversations
• Your matches and connections
• Your preferences and settings
• All other personal data associated with your account

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Information necessary to comply with legal obligations
• Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account:

1. Open the INNR app
2. Go to Settings
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

Note: You may be required to re-authenticate for security purposes before deletion can proceed.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period before permanent deletion.
